About Us
Hydropeutics was founded on the belief that many people suffer from dehydration, vitamin deficiencies, and the need for accessible wellness solutions. Owned and operated by emergency service providers and firefighters, we bring firsthand expertise in patient care to deliver high-quality intravenous fluid treatments

In addition to IV hydration, we offer vitamin therapy, non-narcotic pain management, and nausea relief. We also provide aesthetic services, including injectables, to help clients look and feel their best. Meet The Team

DR. PATRICK LEE
Dr. Lee is a NH state board-certified physician and obtained his medical degree from Memorial University Newfoundland in Canada. He has a master's degree from Purdue University in oncology/biology and completed his internship in general surgery and emergency medicine residency at the University of Florida – Jacksonville. He is currently a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) as well as the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM). Having practiced in Southern New Hampshire for over 15 years, he enjoys extensive roles in the teaching, education, and supervision of EMS personnel, medical students, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners and has a true passion for helping his patients find their most confident and rejuvenated self. At Hydropeutics, he oversees the care provided to each client in addition to creating IV therapy plans and having developed protocols, he functions as a mentor and lead physician.

MATTHEW LORANGER
Matt is a dedicated Firefighter/Paramedic in New Hampshire, committed to serving his community with passion and expertise. As a co-founder of Hydropeutics, a pioneering mobile healthcare company, Matt focuses on making healthcare more affordable and accessible. His mission is to establish a dependable mobile healthcare system while creating new opportunities for healthcare professionals. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College and an Associate of Science in Paramedic Emergency Medicine from New Hampshire's Technical Institute, Matt brings a unique blend of medical and business acumen to his endeavors. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, holding certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Paramedic Interfacility Transfer (PIFT). At Hydropeutics, Matt leads Operations and Customer Relations, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care. Beyond his professional life, Matt is passionate about water sports, and outdoor activities, embodying his energetic and well-rounded approach to both his career and personal pursuits.

JANELLE GIANATASSIO
Janelle is a Registered Nurse at Hydropeutics, where she specializes in neurotoxin injections, blending her clinical expertise with a passion for enhancing patient confidence and well-being. Her extensive background in emergency room nursing, combined with certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), ensures she delivers treatments that are both safe and effective. Before her nursing career, Janelle served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer from 2011 to 2014, completing a combat tour. Her military experience fostered a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to service that continues to influence her nursing practice. Janelle earned her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Mt. San Jacinto College in California and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys camping, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family. At Hydropeutics, Janelle is committed to providing exceptional care and contributing to the company's mission of delivering accessible and innovative healthcare solutions.

SCOTT STONE
Scott is a seasoned Firefighter/Paramedic and an IV specialist at Hydropeutics, with extensive experience in prehospital emergency care and managerial roles, working with individuals from children to adults. His dedication to serving the community is complemented by his passion for the outdoors, where he enjoys hiking, swimming, hunting, and motocross. Scott is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, holding a Paramedic Certificate from the New England EMS Institute. His broad experience includes Advanced Life Support (ALS) interfacility transfers and 911 emergency services, making him well-versed in handling critical situations. His certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) further highlight his commitment to delivering high-quality emergency care. As an IV specialist, Scott plays a crucial role at Hydropeutics, ensuring clients receive expert care through specialized IV therapies. His blend of practical experience, managerial expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to healthcare makes him a valuable asset to the team.

ROBERT O'DONNELL
Bobby O'Donnell is the author of Running Wild: A Quest for Healing Across 7 Continents and an accomplished endurance athlete who has completed marathons and ultramarathons on all seven continents. In 2018, he took on the challenge of thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, covering 2,189.9 miles in 143 days. A proud New England native, Bobby enjoys spending much of his time running, climbing, and backcountry skiing in the White Mountains, pushing the limits of his physical and mental endurance in the rugged terrain. When he’s not outdoors, Bobby works as a critical care flight paramedic for Boston Med Flight, where his high-pressure medical experience provides him with a unique perspective on the critical role of IV rehydration in athletic recovery. This expertise, combined with his passion for endurance sports, allows Bobby to effectively advocate for Hydropeutics and handle logistics when collaborating with athletic companies. He understands firsthand how vital recovery strategies are for peak performance and is dedicated to helping athletes optimize their recovery through advanced hydration and therapy services.
